TPMS New Enrollment
In mid May, we start collecting new student enrollment paperwork (students NEW to the Poway Unified School District) for the upcoming school year. Once you have filled out the required Poway Unified School District forms (below), please return to TPMS website for our paperwork.
IMPORTANT: If you do not reside in the Twin Peaks Middle School boundaries, you will also need to apply for an Intradistrict transfer (within PUSD) with district form PP-126 or an Interdistrict transfer (outside PUSD) with SDCOE for 341. See 'Student Attendance and Discipline' for the proper form.
Important note: We cannot enroll your student at our school until your application (Intra or Interdistrict Transfer) has been approved. If you are unsure if your address is in our attendance area, please use our address lookup by clicking here.

After you have completed the paperwork, please call Donna Myers to set up an appointment (858-748-5131 x2815). The enrollment process takes approximately 20 minutes.
You must bring ALL of the following to enroll your student:
- If your student has been in Special Education (in resource or speech), please bring a copy of the latest Individual Education Plan (IEP) with you to your enrollment appointment.
- If you are NOT the parent or court-appointed guardian, additional documentation/forms are available at the school.
- If your student is a Special Day Class student, please contact our District Special Education office at 858-668-4100.
