The SWITCH Experience is a research-based Social Leadership Program for 7th & 8th grade students. Experienced educators train and guide college coaches to mentor teens to bring out the best in themselves and others. SWITCH impacts students socially as well as academically.

Topics covered in this 8-session program include Passion/Purpose, Teamwork, Empathy, Stress Control, Direct Communication, Mind & Body, Healthy Relationships, Leadership.  Coaches also emphasize responsible management of social media/gaming and digital citizenship. Impactful activities include music, stories from the coaches, video clips, small group discussions, team-building activities, goal setting, new and stronger friendships, and lots of laughs!

The SWITCH Experience takes place during RAM, and is highly supported by TPMS teachers and staff. It is open to ALL 7th/8th grade students, and takes place every Friday starting in the springtime. SWITCH has reached its maximum capacity for this year, Spring 2018, so sign-ups are closed.
